Evaluation 1

Last week we had the first evaluation of the second register and we had to do a COMPARE AND CONTRAST ESSAY, to sum up the topic that I select was Early morning workout or late night workout, which is better? So, not to make it so long I would like to share with you my composition 


Outline: Subject by Subject Essay

Early morning workout or late night workout, which is better?

Introduction:

Have you ever asked yourself what is the best time to workout, whether it is in the morning or at night? An ideal opportunity to workout depends largely on you or whenever you can and that is also important for our health and life. But for some people, it is better to workout in the morning for the simple fact that they make their routine better, they are fresh, etc, others people prefer at night because go to bed more relaxed etc. But let me share with you some important reasons I think people choose every moment to workout.

Paragraph n°1: Early Morning Workout.

Point 1: Time

-       People have more time to do their correct workout routine correctly.

Point 2: Comfort

-       People who get up early, can have more energy, space and equipment to do their routines.

Point 3: Freedom

-       People who workout at morning have the privilege of do their own routine.

Paragraph n°2: Late Night Workout.

Point 1: Time

-       People have less control with their own routine because they don't have enough time to train.

Point 2: Comfort

-       People who work, tend to workout at night, so they do not have the time and space to do the right routine.

Point 3: Freedom

-       People who workout at night do not have many hours or liberty to do other activities or differents routines.   

Conclusion:

To sum up both schedules to workout have their differences; but that depends on the person and what suits them best, but what time do you prefer to workout in the morning or at night?

But for some people, it is better to workout in the morning for the simple fact that they make their routine better, they are fresh, etc, others people prefer at night because go to bed more relaxed etc. But let me share with you some important reasons I think people choose every moment to workout.

Early morning workout is essential for people who usually train in the morning, and who do it as a daily routine. Time is important for those who workout in the morning, for example People have more time to do their workout routine correctly. Also some people usually have their hour to train as at 6, 7 or 8 in the morning. Comfort is very important since most people look for comfort as something fundamental in any aspect, in this case of early morning workout, people who get up early, can have more energy, space and equipment to do their routines and thus make the most of the body's total capacity to perform the training. Freedom is a special privilege that all people have. People who workout in the morning have the privilege of doing their own routine, and have the rest of the day to do their daily activities, so that means in this case it is better to workout in the morning.

Late Night Workout is about keeping going composedness between exercising, dining and sleep. Time in this case people have less control with their own routine because they don't have enough time to train, with people who work and train it is more difficult since because of the work in some cases they could not workout, due to fatigue or time. Comfort, people who work, tend to workout at night, so they do not have the time and space to do the right routine, so that means they don't feel comfortable with the environment. And freedom, people who workout at night do not have many hours or liberty to do other activities or different routines, so my recommendation in this case is that if you work, you should better manage your time so that you do not present any inconvenience or do not have impediments to workout.

To sum up both schedules to workout have their differences; but that depends on the person and what suits them best, but what time do you prefer to workout in the morning or at night?
